Lecture

In Today's Independent Learning Lesson we listened to a lecture about The Internet. The video bellow is about the important concepts of the functions called Packet Switching, Network to Networks and TCP/ IP. The video talked about the following things:

• That networks connect many computers and the internet connects all the computer together by it self.
• When there are many networks it forms a internet.
• When a computer wants to find another computer, it is called IP address.
• When the files are sent onto the network they are package in equal sizes.
• When the packages are been sent they find the fastest routes to send.
• When package got lost or the network does not work, TCP will help resend it or find another route.
• When it arrives to it's destination it will be in order by TCP.
• A Breaking package is switching package.
• This process happens in few seconds.

I hope that you have learnt more about the internet like me. I have one last tip: Please put things appropriately on the internet because anyone can see what you have put.

In this lesson we have been analysing about different comic strip. I have put a comic strip because I need to know more about what is needed to make a comic and how do they work. This is a comic strip that I found from the internet. I chose this comic strip because it is funny and tells me a fact about Wombats.
